 2008 Green Tools Conference

2008 Annual Conference - GREEN TOOLS FOR YOUR BOTTOM LINE
The one-day workshop informed and demonstrated to conference attendees creative techniques and solutions to minimize the impact of the development footprint on the natural environment. Attendees learned how to actually improve their bottom line through the implementation of green tools such as land conservation, low impact site design and LEED-Certified Buildings.

Real estate development has the greatest impact on communities’ quality of life.  Water quality and quantity, clean air, land conservation and wise energy use of our natural resources are all directly impacted by real estate development.

The conference demonstrated how true sustainable site development practices can improve a community’s ecology, social equity and economic viability.
